This is a role for a senior engineer who is comfortable owning software beyond a single part of the stack.

You'll join our Skopje-based team, working across products and technical challenges where your experience can have the most impact. The role spans frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and delivery tooling, so being comfortable moving across different areas of engineering is important.

We care more about strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability than expertise in one specific framework or language. You should be comfortable taking a feature from initial idea and technical decisions through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continued improvement in production.

About the role

  • Own and deliver full-stack features end-to-end, from frontend and backend development to infrastructure
  • Take ownership of services in production, including deployment, monitoring, reliability, and ongoing improvements
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support reliable software delivery
  • Collaborate with teams on architecture, system design, and technical decisions
  • Drive architectural discussions, advocate for sound design principles, and help evolve a modern, robust tech ecosystem
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through knowledge-sharing, code reviews, and a strong focus on code quality and engineering excellence

What about you?

  • Have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production software
  • Have proven full-stack experience across modern frontend and backend technologies
  • Are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, or another major cloud provider
  • Know how to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Have strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and code quality
  • Are adaptable and technology-agnostic, comfortable working across different technologies
  • Use AI tools effectively for AI-assisted coding and improving development productivity
  • Have hands-on experience building Agentic Systems

Nice to have

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration technologies
  • Mentoring, technical leadership, or supporting the growth of other engineers
