In 2015, seven of us shared a small office in Skopje, full of curiosity and no idea how far it would go. We just wanted to build good software, the kind that works well, looks right, and makes people's lives a little easier.
Growth didn't come from chasing trends or big plans, but from learning by doing, by breaking things, fixing them, and helping each other get better along the way.
Today, we’re a team of over 200 engineers, designers, and problem-solvers, working on everything from smart devices to full digital platforms.

Our structure is built around several autonomous cells: small, cross-functional teams made up of engineers, designers, and other specialists. Each cell operates with a high level of ownership and is responsible for the full lifecycle of the projects it takes on.
Clients are typically paired with a dedicated cell, giving them a consistent team that's deeply familiar with their product, goals, and context. Cells also collaborate closely with one another, sharing knowledge, solving tough problems together, and making sure the right expertise is always within reach.
