Open Day is back for its eighth edition, and we’re opening our doors to the next generation of tech talent. This year, Open Day will take place on May 9th at the CodeChem offices. If you're a 3rd or 4th year student (or beyond) interested in Software Engineering, QA Automation Engineering, or Embedded Systems/IoT, this is your chance to experience what working at CodeChem feels like and learn more about our Engineering Internship Program. For the UX/UI Design Internship Program, applications are open to students, academy participants, and aspiring designers looking to grow their design skills.
During Open Day, you’ll take part in a team challenge inspired by real development and design workflows, collaborate with other participants, and receive guidance from our engineers and designers. You’ll meet the people behind CodeChem, see how we work, and experience how ideas become real products, all in a pleasant atmosphere with coffee and snacks.

Our Internship Program is a three-month experience where you’ll learn directly from some of our engineers, designers, and QA engineers. You’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills that grow the start of your career.
The internship is paid, because we value your time and effort. Throughout the program, you’ll learn, collaborate, and grow alongside our team. All of our interns continue their careers at CodeChem and transition into full-time roles after the program.
The Internship Program is divided into 4 departments:
Software Engineering
Front-end engineering, back-end engineering, mobile app development
Explore how software is designed, built, and improved. You’ll experiment with ideas, solve problems, and grow your technical skills.
Embedded Systems/IoT Engineering
Microcontrollers, firmware development, embedded software
Explore how software runs on real hardware. You’ll experiment with embedded components, work with C/C++, and develop systems that power connected devices.
QA Automation Engineering
Software testing, test automation, quality assurance
Diving deep into the world of automated testing and ensuring seamless software performance. As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll craft and execute automated test scripts, collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, and continuously enhance our testing frameworks.
UX / UI Design
User experience design, interface design, product design
Design the way people interact with digital products. You’ll work on interfaces, user flows, and the visual side of products while collaborating with our designers and engineers to create clear and intuitive solutions.
Many interns who start their journey with us continue as full-time members of our team. Good chemistry tends to stick!
Our Internship Program is structured in three phases:
