Users struggled to find specific information about extensive legislation, spent excessive time manually searching documents, and had difficulty understanding complex legal language. Additionally, they needed efficient ways to summarize lengthy legal documents, access the most current versions of laws after amendments, and overcome language barriers when working on international cases.

We partnered with ACT! to develop Praksis AI, an intelligent legal assistant that revolutionizes users' interaction with legal information. Praksis AI offers a contextually aware chatbot capable of answering complex legal questions and maintaining coherent conversations with follow-up inquiries. The system provides answers based on verified Macedonian laws with direct links to source documents on the PRAKSIS platform and specific article citations.

The system maintains up-to-date knowledge through an automatic updating mechanism that refreshes the database whenever new versions of laws are added to the PRAKSIS platform.
